700 m to beach and 800m to the centre of Morgat - 95 small houses split into groups and set in traffic free parkland with childrens' playground for 3 to 6 year olds, sports ground, bowling area. Parking is at the entrance.
The heated swimming pool has a moveable dome, allowing the pool to be opened up completely according to the weather. The pool has an extended by a 'beach' of 430m2. There is a paddling pool for younger children
There is a fitness room, sauna (with entrance fee), bike shed and fee-paying laundry. Parking spaces are grouped together at the entrance to the grounds.
