The house has a secluded terrace with sea view,and is very conveniently situated between the town of Crozon 600 yards away and Morgat, with its beach and marina, just over half a mile away. It is slightly closer to the beach of Le Portzic.
There is a good choice of shops, cafés and restaurants in both Crozon and Morgat, with a sailing school, tennis courts and beach club for children in Morgat.
This is one of two small semi-detached one storey houses, both well secluded from each other by a dividing wall.
Set above the road and reached by about twenty steps, there is a small garden with shrubs and large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue with a view towards the sea - a perfect place for eating out on summer evenings.
