The Avens Cottages are situated in Kergroes, 100m from the nearest shops, 2.5km from the beach and 5km from Moelan sur Mer.

This small development of terraced cottages sleeping 4 and 6, have small private gardens and garden furniture.

Shared outdoor pool (open in high season) and  tennis court.  There is plenty of green space around for children to play.

Aven Holiday Cottages

The cottages are simply furnished and have  have kitchenette with oven, electric hob and cafetiere, bathroom or shower room and French TV.

Cottage  M4, one bedroom sleeps 4 

approx 25m², living area, bedroom sleeps 2, mezzanine sleeps 2. 

 

Cottage M6, sleeps 6, 35/40 m²,

living area with double sofa bed

2 bedrooms (sometimes upstairs) sleeping 2 people

or bedroom sleeping 2 + mezzanine sleeping 2

or living area sleeping 2 + mezzanine sleeping 4. 

 

Cottage on two floors, M6X , sleeping 6

approx 50m², living area with double sofa bed,

2 bedrooms upstairs each sleeping 2 (sometimes with bunks).

Payable services :

- Towel kit (bath, hand and tea towel) - £6, state and pay at time of booking,

- Cot hire - 25 euro/stay (subject to availability, state at time of booking & pay locally).
