We are please to offer this lovely villa with private swimming pool in Krsan, Istria - near to popular sea side resort of Rabac and the Medieval town of Labin

Towns:

Villa Regina is located in the picturesque village Vlašići near Kršan. The local village shops are just 1,5 kms away, where you can purchase local farmers produce (eg, wine, olive oil...)

Kršan is just 10 kms away from the medieval hilltop town of Labin. Labin is a characterful town, reknowned for its rich cultural and architectural heritage, narrow streets, art galleries and archaeological Town Museem. The impressive fortress offers dramatic views of the Rabac bay, and across to Cres Island. During summer time Labin comes alive with its local festivals and cultural events. It also has a host of restaurants and coffe shops with large terraces for enjoying summer time drinks.

Eating out in this area is always a delight, with delicious fresh fish, lobster and other shellfish, along with traditional cuisine such as homemade pasta with various meat sauce.

Beaches:

An easy 15 km drive brings you to the beautiful, pebbly beaches in Rabac. Known as the Pearl of the Kvarner Bay', and the most popular resort on Istria's eastern coast, the mediterranean pines and vegetation run to the crystal clear, warm waters.

The pebble beaches surrounding Rabac have clear, sand-free water, and are therefore excellent for snorkeling.

Take a stroll along the long promenade which winds around the bay with its coves and inlets, and enjoy the magnificent views across the bay.

Take a boat excusrion around the beautiful coastline at sunset or take a day trip to explore the surrounding towns and villages.

There a numerous picturesque walks around the area and along the coast. and a crowning fortress with dramatic views down to your resort and across to Cres Island. Local cultural activities such as Labin's folklore concerts at the end of July and a knight's lancing tournament in Barban in August provide a real taste of Istrian traditions.
