The villa is 15 km from sea, 13 kms from airport at Pula and 200m from centre of Sv.Kirin . This is a small village where you can buy wine, fruit, vegetables and olive oil from the locals.
Close to Sv Kirin is the small fishing village Fažana, from where you can take a boat to the nearby Brijuniislands national park. 3km away is Vodnjan, which is famous for the clocktower of the St. Blasius church. This clock tower is not only the highest in Istria, but was used a s model for the clocktower of St Mark's church in Venice.
