Villa Mer is superbly situated, just 400 yards from the lovely main sandy beach of Bénodet and a short walk from Benodet centre with its shops, bars and restaurants.
There are also many other superb sandy beaches on either side of Bénodet and boat trips up the beautiful Odet estuary to the cathedral city of Quimper and out to sea to the Iles de Glénan.
Villa Mer is set in a large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

On the ground floor there is a very large living room with dining area, sofa, armchairs and TV.
Spacious kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, cafetiere and table and chairs.
